We are looking for a friendly, solution-oriented Customer Support Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for resolving inquiries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate to appropriate teams when necessary
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Identify customer needs and help them use specific features or services
Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Contribute to team efforts to improve customer service processes
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus)
Previous experience in a customer service or support role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using customer support software, CRM systems, and basic office tools
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
Work Environment:
Full-time or part-time
On-site, remote, or hybrid depending on company needs
