About the Role:
Speer Air is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Support / Administrator to join our office team.
This is a key position supporting both our customers and company leadership. You'll be handling a variety of routine tasks that keep the business running-from answering phones and scheduling appointments to tracking payments and ordering supplies.
This is not a creative or leadership role. It's a "get-things-done" kind of job where your reliability, organization, and follow-through matter more than fancy experience. You should be comfortable with a fast-paced but structured environment, and willing to step in wherever help is needed.
What You'll Do:
Answer and manage a high volume of customer calls
Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
Apply payments and track who owes what
Make deposits and update customer accounts and contracts
Order and manage office and service supplies
Provide direct administrative support to company leadership
Keep the office running smoothly through dependable, consistent support

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays required
