Customer Service Supply Chain Specialist - Logistics Bergen County, NJ (Entry-Level)

We are a thriving, employee-focused company based in Bergen County, NJ, seeking a Customer Service Specialist with logistics experience to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customer service professionals, suppliers, and customers to manage large recycling programs for national accounts.
  • Provide customer service support, including dispatching, reporting, and account management.
  • Coordinate and schedule pickup of recyclable materials to ensure smooth logistics and efficient movement of materials.
  • Reconcile inbound data, invoices, and outbound reporting using Excel and proprietary software.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports with strict deadlines across multiple accounts.
  • Identify and correct accounting discrepancies; issue debit/credit memos as needed.
  • Review monthly data and invoices for errors, ensuring accuracy before deadlines.
  • Maintain detailed spreadsheets tracking account numbers, access, and reporting data.
  • Submit invoices monthly via online portals and email distributions.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills; friendly, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with excellent time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and adept at learning new systems.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday - In Office (Bergen County)
  • Friday - Work from Home
