As we grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Customer Success Specialist to join our team and help clients get the most from our platform.
Position Overview:
This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on onboarding, training, and supporting our clients. You'll play a key part in ensuring brands fully adopt our services, understand their data, and feel supported throughout their lifecycle. You'll also collaborate closely with internal teams to solve issues and improve the customer experience.
What You'll Do:
Onboard and train new clients
Build trusted relationships with your accounts
Respond to client inquiries professionally and efficiently
Help clients understand their monitoring data and take action
Identify upsell opportunities and additional needs
Collect and share client feedback to improve the product
Support internal documentation and process improvements
Collaborate with search, product, and research teams
What We're Looking For:
2-4 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Support (SaaS a plus)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
High attention to detail and follow-through
Tech-savvy and comfortable with new tools
Bonus points for eCommerce, brand protection, or MAP experience
Positive, resourceful, and eager to learn
