What you will be doing:
- As Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will join a super dynamic team that is driving our most exciting growth accounts and opportunities.
- Your mission will be to retain and grow the ARR spend of a portfolio of high-potential existing customers. You will define a clear strategy for each account in your portfolio and execute it by engaging with existing and new stakeholders, delivering meaningful QBRs, and ultimately ensuring that our existing contracts deliver value for their business.
- You will be responsible for the renewal of contracts, overseeing the deployment of new solutions and detecting cross-sell opportunities.
- The range and versatility of our capabilities will enable you to manage contracts and relationships across the full talent lifecycle (Talent Acquisition, Mobility, Succession Planning ).
- You will partner with an Account Manager who will be focusing on growing the portfolio through cross-selling.
What we are looking for from you:
- Successful commercial experience in HR SaaS, Customer Success Management, or Account Management.
- Strong interest in SHL's offering and market opportunity.
