About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join Statusphere's high-performing team. This person will act as a strategic partner to brand clients, driving adoption, retention, and growth by helping them get the most out of the platform.

This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of influencer marketing, client strategy, and data-driven growth. In Q1, the CS team hit 146% of their booked expansion quota - now they're looking for another top performer to join the ride.

What You'll Do
  • Own and grow relationships with mid-market brand clients
  • Guide clients through onboarding, adoption, renewals, and upsell opportunities
  • Provide strategic marketing insights and recommendations to maximize platform value
  • Track campaign progress, ensure smooth execution, and proactively remove blockers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Become a subject matter expert on influencer marketing and social commerce
  • Help build scalable CS processes and client education materials
Who We're Looking For
  • 3-5+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success, account management, or consulting
  • 2-3+ years working in influencer marketing, social media, or digital advertising
  • Experience with mid-market or enterprise-level consumer brands
  • A proactive, strategic thinker with strong business acumen
  • Proven ability to drive adoption, retention, and expansion revenue
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing a book of business and navigating fast-paced environments
  • Naturally curious, data-driven, and passionate about marketing innovation

Working Hours & Setup
This is a fully remote contract role. Some overlap with US business hours is required (typically 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. EET for EU-based candidates). Statusphere operates as a collaborative, async-friendly team, but responsiveness during working hours is key.
