  • Office Location: Falls Church, VA (hybrid 3 days per week)

  • Target Market: Mid-Market and Large Enterprises

What You'll Do
  • Onboarding new customers and ensuring successful implementation of solutions
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned accounts
  • Providing product training and support to customers
  • Monitoring customer health and addressing issues proactively
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience
  • Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer support, customer success or account management in Enterprise SaaS or technology companies
  • Strong interest in privacy and knowledge of regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work from the office in Falls Church, VA, 3 times per week
