Customer Success Manager, Life Lending

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring the long-term success and satisfaction of our clients (Life Insurance Carriers, Collateral Holders, Facilitators and Loan Parties). This role leads a team dedicated to building strong, strategic relationships with key customers, driving product adoption, and maximizing customer retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Oversees the customer onboarding process and annual review process at the individual loan level, ensuring smooth transitions and timely, effective implementations that exceed customer and facilitator expectations.
  • Maintains strategic relationships with carrier, and financial institutions contacts, acting as their trusted advisor and point of escalation for collateral perfection, management, and monitoring.
  • Works as the central focal point in a team environment with Sales, Credit, and Collateral Management to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Analyzes Key Performance Indicators and Key Risk Indicators to identify areas of risk and/or opportunity at the individual loan level and portfolio.
  • Leads and develops a high-performing customer experience team, providing guidance on best practices, regulatory requirements, customer engagement, and relationship management.
  • Manages performance of direct reports through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of business management objectives and engagement, motivation and development of the team.
Educational Requirements
  • University (Degree) Preferred

  • 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred
