Job Description
Client is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing Customer Success team.

You'll partner with global retailers, including Client, to deliver cutting-edge retail analytics products powered by AI and machine learning. Your work will directly impact how our customers grow revenue, improve operations, and stay ahead in a dynamic market.

Build trusted, consultative relationships across all levels of customer organizations
Align customer goals with CB4's platform capabilities and retail analytics solutions
Monitor and analyze customer data to uncover insights and drive proactive recommendations
Own renewals and identify expansion opportunities within the existing client base
Lead strategic planning and QBRs to ensure long-term customer success and value realization
Serve as the voice of the customer internally, driving feedback into product and strategy
Develop repeatable best practices and scalable customer engagement strategies
Stay ahead of customer needs and evolving priorities with thoughtful, forward-looking planning
Maintain consistent, value-driven communication with key stakeholders
Run cross-functional projects with precision and clarity

Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting or a related field
  • Strong relationship-building skills, especially with executive-level stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
  • Proven experience driving successful customer outcomes in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
  • Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams around customer needs and outcomes
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative, ownership-driven attitude and strong internal drive to deliver results
  • Experience working with retail technology used in brick-and-mortar stores is a strong plus
