The Opportunity

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Fishbowl Inventory, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure they achieve their business goals using our software. You will proactively engage with clients, provide strategic guidance, and work cross-functionally to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.

As we work to expand our internal team, Fishbowl is looking for individuals who are highly collaborative, carry diverse skill sets, love problem solving, and understand the value of working on a high-performing, goal-oriented team.

Our HQ offices are based in Orem, UT, where this position will be located.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a point of contact for a portfolio of new customer accounts, ensuring they derive maximum value from Fishbowl Inventory Products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive product adoption and long-term success.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic discussions with customers.
  • Proactively identify challenges and opportunities, providing solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Partner with Account Management, Sales, Support, Implementation, and Product teams to advocate for customer needs and influence product fixes and enhancements.
  • Drive customer retention by analyzing usage patterns, engagement levels, and potential churn risks.
  • Provide training, onboarding, and best practices to empower customers in using Fishbowl Inventory effectively.
  • Track and report on customer success metrics and satisfaction levels.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role in the SaaS tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management software and/or supply chain operations is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Experience analyzing customer data and using insights to drive engagement and retention.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred) and customer success platforms.
