What You Will Do As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for customers after the sales process. Your role will center around delivering an exceptional experience, maximizing customer value, and serving as a strategic partner to both clients and internal teams.
You will:
- Collaborate closely with founders and GTM teams to develop and refine customer success strategies.
- Own all post-sale communication, providing ongoing updates and best-in-class support.
- Create materials and design workflows to help customers drive results with the product.
- Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to identify upsell opportunities and assist in expansion efforts.
- Act as a liaison between customers and product/engineering teams-advocating for improvements and features based on feedback.
- Develop and execute creative customer engagement initiatives that elevate satisfaction and retention.
Ideal Candidate Background - 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing role in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills-you're comfortable juggling multiple priorities and speaking with both executives and technical users.
- Empathy and a proactive mindset-you're always one step ahead in anticipating customer needs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborating cross-functionally.
Preferred - Experience working in an early-stage startup or high-growth company.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, customer engagement platforms, or support ticketing systems.
- Prior exposure to upsell/expansion motions in a B2B SaaS business.
