Customer Success Manager - AI-Driven Programmatic Technology - $120,000 - $150,000 plus bonus

We are looking for a seasoned Customer Success Manager to lead enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the programmatic advertising space and experience in account management.

Your Responsibilities
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with enterprise accounts, including agencies and direct clients.
  • Oversee the setup, monitoring, and reporting of programmatic campaigns for clients.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI advancements in the ad tech landscape.
  • Contribute to shaping the product roadmap and embrace new challenges in our dynamic start-up environment.
  • Manage fast-paced tasks efficiently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
What We're Looking For
  • 5-7 years of experience in programmatic advertising within the ad tech industry (start-up experience preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with The Trade Desk, DV360, SSPs, and other programmatic tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in programmatic auction dynamics and ad-serving platforms.
  • Previous experience managing client accounts from both a client-facing and technical perspective.
