The Role
We are hiring a Client Success Manager to lead client relationships, drive strategy, and ensure our legal clients see real business growth.
This is a professional-level role, best suited for someone with experience managing sophisticated client relationships within an agency, consulting, or professional services setting. You will oversee a portfolio of law firm clients, coordinate with SEO, PPC, content, and design teams, and serve as a trusted advisor - not just an account manager.
You will also contribute to Market JD's internal marketing and support our presence at legal industry trade shows and events.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow a portfolio of 20-30 client relationships
• Lead monthly strategy meetings via Microsoft Teams
• Coordinate with SEO, PPC, content, and web teams to deliver results
• Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and renewal
• Serve as a strategic advisor, helping clients translate marketing efforts into business outcomes
• Support Market JD's marketing initiatives and attend select industry events
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing account management or client success
• Background in a professional services, marketing agency, or consulting environment strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, content marketing, and lead generation strategies
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex challenges and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Legal marketing experience is a plus
• Candidates in the Northbrook, Illinois area are preferred

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $70,000-$80,000, depending on hours worked
