Xpodigital is a rapidly growing digital signage and convention internet company looking for a standout Customer Success Manager, with 2 to 5 years of Customer Success or account management experience and a college degree. Experience working in hospitality as a customer success manager or in a similar industry is preferred.


Primary business operations are based in Orlando, Florida. We are looking for candidates to service our West Coast customers.


Here are a few activities you can expect to work on once you've gained competency in Xpodigital's suite of products and technology:

  • Ensure the on time issuing and payment of annual recurring payments
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers post install and build executive relationships to establish a trusted advisor partnership
  • Focus on driving additional revenue via selling add-on products, replacement equipment, creative services and extended warranties
  • Collaborate with Support team as needed to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate closely with Sales team to support customer renewals and expansion opportunities
  • Continually seek out opportunities to enhance customer relationships
  • Become an expert on product and service offerings in order to provide guidance on how to get the most out of our product and services
  • Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customer and issuing customer surveys
  • Be an advocate for the client and facilitate requests to Development and Product to help innovate and deliver when possible
  • Design and implement Customer Success Plans; identifying stakeholders, goals, and milestones
  • Review and track CS ongoing metrics including customer health and retention
  • Attend local/regional industry related networking and association events
  • Travel to customers for in person CS visits - by plane, possibly once a month
  • Churnzero
