Territory: Mountain Territory (NE, CO, KS, WY, UT, ND, SD)

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will build strong relationships with schools and districts using LWT products and services-ensuring their goals are met, fostering long-term partnerships, and driving renewals and expansion opportunities. You'll be a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their journey with us and helping them maximize the value of their investment.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve customer success and business growth.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with assigned accounts to secure renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Anticipating customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and adjusting strategies to meet long-term goals.
  • Managing all aspects of your assigned accounts with a focus on retention, expansion, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the Sales team to drive revenue growth, align on strategies, and meet shared territory targets.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and developing processes to enhance their overall experience.
  • Documenting client success stories and key performance benchmarks.
  • Mastering LWT's product suite and staying informed about the K-12 education landscape.
What You Bring to the Team:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in education and/or customer success, ideally within a SaaS education company.
  • 2+ years of experience in product or solution implementation.
  • Proven ability to build senior-level relationships and manage complex projects.
  • Strong leadership, presentation, and consensus-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for exceeding customer expectations and driving results.
  • Track record of meeting or surpassing goals and targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel 10%-25% of the time.
