Key Customer Success Manager Responsibilities:
- Proactive
- Lead, train, and mentor account management staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their roles effectively.
- Ensure all records and documentation are accurate and complete.
- Foster a positive team environment that promotes high performance, collaboration, and a commitment to quality.
Required Qualifications:
Proven leadership skills
Strong Communication skills
Google Workspace Experience
Experience managing large revenue accounts
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success Management
- Proven track record managing a customer success team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the nutraceutical or dietary supplement industry
