We are currently hiring a Client Success Manager (CSM) to support accounts in the Longtail segment, with a focus on industries such as Telecommunications, Energy & Utilities, Travel & Transportation, Technology & Media, and IT in Agriculture. The ideal candidate brings both industry fluency and customer-centric delivery mindset to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Market Leads and industry-specific SMEs to align account strategies with industry trends and challenges.
- Own and grow a pipeline of sub-$5M opportunities across assigned Longtail accounts, ensuring proactive account planning and cross-sell efforts.
- Lead contract renewal strategies and drive customer retention and expansion through a deep understanding of industry-specific goals.
- Translate industry trends and customer pain points into tailored CES offerings.
- Serve as the Voice of the Client within CES, ensuring that customer needs are accurately represented and prioritized across delivery teams.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with stakeholders across client organizations, particularly in verticals such as Telecom, Utilities, and Technology.
- Forecast revenue and margins accurately with Market Leads, with an emphasis on strategic growth within industry verticals.
- Ensure contractual and delivery obligations are met, collaborating with delivery and technical teams to optimize engagement outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years in Customer Success, Client Management, or technical consulting roles with experience across Longtail industries (Telecom, Energy, Utilities, Travel, Technology, etc.).
- Proven success in stakeholder management, program execution, and client expansion.
- Comfortable engaging with senior leadership (C-Level, Senior Directors) and influencing strategic discussions.
- Familiar with tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and project collaboration tools (Slack, Zendesk, Trello, etc.).
- Strong communication, leadership, and planning skills tailored to diverse and complex industry needs.
