Our client, Equity Roofing, a highly rated roofing company headquartered in Mifflinburg, Pa, with a reputation for listening to customers and delivering 5-star service is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their Sales Team in their Harrisburg, Pa. office

Performance objectives for this Inside Sales role include:

Managing the new lead intake process.

Fostering successful customer relationships through a full life-cycle account management approach: sale to project completion.

Coordinating scheduling / customer visits, and presentations for the outside sales team.

Setting up sales opportunities through various tools (CRM, etc.) and assisting the outside sales team in delivering an effective presentation to customers.

Experience and Skills
Required skills and experience:

Detail-oriented.

Proficient computer skills with the ability type quickly and accurately.

Comfortable learning and mastering new software programs and other technology.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate a professional discussion through various channels such as phone, email, Teams / Zoom.

Ability to work in a team environment with different personalities and skill sets.

Prior experience in a sales or similar administrative role preferred.

Prior construction or roofing experience preferred.
