The Purpose
As a Customer Success Manager at AutoTime, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion within AutoTime's existing customer base. Your primary objective will be to maximize customer value, uncover new growth opportunities, and build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive Expansion: Identify and close opportunities for license growth, renewals, upgrades, professional services, pricing adjustments, and cross-site deployments within existing accounts.
• Maximize Usage: Leverage product usage data to improve customer adoption, demonstrate ROI, and help customers fully realize the value of AutoTime solutions.
• Engage Executives: Develop and nurture relationships at the executive level, ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives and influencing decisions that support long-term account health and expansion.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate, up-to-date view of sales opportunities and customer needs, ensuring proactive engagement with key accounts.
• Partner Enablement: Collaborate with channel partners to uncover and close new revenue opportunities and enhance overall partner performance.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• 3-7 years of experience in customer sales, account management, or relationship management, with a proven track record of success in driving customer growth and retention.
• Results-oriented and proactive, with a strong ability to identify growth opportunities and capitalize on them.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Strong organizational skills, with the capability to manage complex contracts, multi-faceted projects, and dynamic relationship landscapes.
• A trusted advisor who fosters long-term, meaningful relationships with both customers and internal teams, ensuring mutual success and alignment.
• Flexibility to work remote or hybrid if based in the Weston, FL area, with support for travel and professional development opportunities.
• Legally authorized to work in the USA.
