We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Athens, Greece. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients receive continued value from our services and remain loyal, long-term partners. The ideal candidate is client-focused, organized, and confident in managing relationships and driving performance metrics.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all post-sales activity through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning and execution.
  • Serve as the customer advocate and provide internal feedback to improve services.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and advise clients on how best to leverage features for their specific needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Ensure accuracy in onboarding, order details, and activation of subscriptions.
  • Develop and execute onboarding, change management, and adoption plans.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews to improve retention.
  • Identify and manage churn risk across customer accounts.
  • Create and improve training materials for successful onboarding and platform use.
  • Participate in internal product discussions, translating client feedback into actionable insights.
  • Achieve key performance metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and monthly billing forecasts.
Requirements
  • Proven customer-focused mindset with a strong ability to build trust.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Demonstrated commercial awareness and ability to manage client expectations.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities under pressure.
  • Experience working in or with the maritime sector is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
