We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Athens, Greece. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients receive continued value from our services and remain loyal, long-term partners. The ideal candidate is client-focused, organized, and confident in managing relationships and driving performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all post-sales activity through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning and execution.
- Serve as the customer advocate and provide internal feedback to improve services.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and advise clients on how best to leverage features for their specific needs.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Ensure accuracy in onboarding, order details, and activation of subscriptions.
- Develop and execute onboarding, change management, and adoption plans.
- Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews to improve retention.
- Identify and manage churn risk across customer accounts.
- Create and improve training materials for successful onboarding and platform use.
- Participate in internal product discussions, translating client feedback into actionable insights.
- Achieve key performance metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and monthly billing forecasts.
Requirements - Proven customer-focused mindset with a strong ability to build trust.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrated commercial awareness and ability to manage client expectations.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities under pressure.
- Experience working in or with the maritime sector is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
