Client Success Manager - GRO

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Success Manager. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing relationships with existing clients and facilitating the onboarding of new clients, ensuring the effective execution and success of all client projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee and optimize clients' Google My Business accounts, implementing robust digital marketing strategies.
- Prepare accurate and insightful monthly statistical reports to track client project performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide operational support to the Director of Client Success by streamlining internal processes and ensuring smooth client onboarding.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance internal systems and processes to drive operational efficiency and client success.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or client management.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing Google My Business accounts, website management, social media platforms, SEO, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A proactive, outgoing personality with the ability to effectively solve problems and anticipate client needs.
