Hi. My name is Andi Poland. I am an independent Recruiter, looking to hire a Customer Success Manager for my client (an outdoor shopping platform/e-commerce company in Denver). You must have 3+ years of prior experience (more is better). In this role, you will oversee post-sale onboarding for my client, ensuring a smooth transition from deal closure to operational partnership on their platform. This position blends sales, customer success, and analytics, focusing on guiding brands through onboarding, leveraging data for progress tracking and performance optimization. You'll train experts, refine AI models, and analyze metrics to enhance outcomes.

This rare opportunity involves working closely with customers, problem-solving with data, and streamlining processes within an innovative E-commerce tech environment. Key requirements include:
  • Commitment to at least 3 days/week in-person at the Denver, CO office
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, analytics, or strategy & operations
  • Strong communication skills to lead brands through onboarding and manage expectations
  • Exceptional organization to handle multiple timelines efficiently

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving for a seamless onboarding process
  • Proficiency in analyzing customer data using tools like Excel, Looker, and PowerBI
  • Interest in AI and willingness to refine AI models
  • In-depth knowledge of online shopping trends, particularly in CPG, wellness, and beauty products
