Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team and help us elevate our success.
As the
Customer Success Manager - CPG Sales, you will be instrumental in driving our retail achievements. You'll oversee product management, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns across various retailer and distributor platforms such as UNFI, KeHE, Whole Foods, and Kroger. You'll ensure our brand is presented with integrity and excellence both in-store and online.
Key Responsibilities: - Portal Setup & Maintenance: Execute product onboarding, update pricing, and manage promotional program submissions across critical retail and distributor portals.
- Promotional Execution: Coordinate national and specific account promotions, ensuring they align with strategic calendars and goals.
- Retail Partner Management: Act as the primary contact for retailer and distributor teams, guaranteeing accurate and efficient execution of initiatives.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure product readiness and promotional alignment.
- Content Accuracy: Ensure all product content-descriptions, attributes, certifications, and images-is accurate and optimized across all platforms.
- Performance Monitoring: Track trade performance, proactively identify issues, and support improvement initiatives for retailer scorecards.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Stay informed about evolving retailer requirements and compliance guidelines to ensure impeccable execution.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in CPG account management, sales operations, or customer success-ideally within the natural foods or wellness sector.
- Familiarity with distributor portals, like UNFI Supplier Portal and Whole Foods Supplier Hub.
- Knowledge of trade promotion calendars and execution within natural/specialty retail.
- Proficient in Microsoft and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) as well as productivity tools.
- Bonus: Experience with syndicated data tools (SPINS)
