Key Responsibilities: - Become a trusted expert on campaign strategies and best practices for our cutting-edge technology. Guide clients in executing high-impact campaigns and analyzing essential performance indicators for actionable insights.
- Manage the delivery of recurring performance reports for client campaigns, extracting meaningful insights and optimization strategies with the support of a Client Success Associate.
- Communicate effectively with your client portfolio, building strong relationships with both Business and IT stakeholders while adhering to designated Response Time SLAs.
- Lead regular performance calls tailored to client needs, ensuring continuous engagement and success.
- Prepare for and conduct Monthly Strategic Calls and Quarterly Business Reviews in collaboration with the Account Manager.
- Take ownership of client account renewals, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and value.
- Conduct quarterly revenue forecasting by understanding campaign growth or adjustments within your accounts.
- Monitor Client Health Scoring weekly, proactively adjusting strategies and coordinating with the Account Manager when necessary.
Required Skills: - 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-focused role, ideally within the healthcare or insurance industry.
- Background managing healthcare-related clients, including electronic health records, appointment management, and patient engagement software.
- Experience fostering SMS campaigns or working with call center products.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn software tools like Salesforce, Vitally, and Tableau; skilled in using Microsoft Teams for communication.
- Adept at translating complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations that align with clients' goals.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities, managing multiple accounts efficiently.
Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive annual base salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, depending on experience.
