- Commercial account growth role, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities across different machine learning solutions
- Client reporting and actionable insights based on campaign performance and platform usage
- Working closely with product and sales to align on client platform needs
- Remote or hybrid flexibility
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Customer Success / Account Management experience within programmatic / user acquisition
- Highly analytical with ability to present actionable insights to clients
- Ability to grasp complex machine learning concepts
