What You'll Do

As a Customer Success & Implementation Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for onboarding new customers, driving adoption, and ensuring they get maximum value from ReferPro.


Onboarding & Implementation

  • Guide new customers through setup and onboarding, ensuring a seamless launch.
  • Customize referral programs to fit each business's needs.
  • Train users on how to use ReferPro effectively.

Customer Success & Retention

  • Proactively engage with customers to maximize product adoption.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and drive retention.
  • Provide exceptional support, resolving issues and answering questions.

Product Expertise & Customer Insights

  • Collect feedback to improve product features and customer experience.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Help refine customer success processes as we scale.
What We're Looking For
  • Ideally some experience in Customer Success, Implementation, Account Management, or Support (preferably in SaaS).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills-you enjoy helping customers succeed.
  • Experience with or ability to learn Hubspot, Monday, and set up customer integrations.
  • A proactive, detail and process oriented attitude.
  • The ability to work cross functionally with sales and product teams.
