Will oversee the onboarding process for new customers to ensure a smooth transition and setup; Conduct training sessions and provide documentation to help customers understand the product; Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, addressing and resolving complex issues; Work closely with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems; Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, and applications, and configuring operating systems; Stay updated with new features and updates to effectively support and guide customers; Maintain a deep understanding of the product and its technical aspects; Guiding and training customers to help them understand and use a product or service effectively, and conducting training sessions; Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering and product teams to align on customer success strategies; Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance overall customer experience; Act as a customer advocate within the company, representing customer interests in meetings and discussions.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related major required.
Five years of work experience required.
