About the Role As an Automotive Customer Success Associate, you'll be the trusted point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring they have a seamless, positive experience from start to finish. You'll work closely with your sales team and sales manager to execute processes.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and our Sales Managers
  • Assist customers with inquiries, updates, and post-purchase support
  • Troubleshoot concerns and proactively identify customer pain points to better assist with the Sale
  • Track feedback and work with internal teams to improve customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for customer satisfaction
  • Automotive knowledge is a plus
