About the Role As an Automotive Customer Success Associate, you'll be the trusted point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring they have a seamless, positive experience from start to finish. You'll work closely with your sales team and sales manager to execute processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and our Sales Managers
- Assist customers with inquiries, updates, and post-purchase support
- Troubleshoot concerns and proactively identify customer pain points to better assist with the Sale
- Track feedback and work with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for customer satisfaction
- Automotive knowledge is a plus
