Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Advocate at Roppel Industries. The Customer Advocate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, analyzing customer needs, and implementing strategies to enhance customer retention. The Customer Advocate owns the pre, during, and post sales activities of select customers and works closely with our Outside Sales Team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, a creative, and has a high degree of empathy.


Qualifications


  • Customer Service & Sales:
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving them.
  • Handling and processing customer orders along with upselling and cross selling.
  • Escalating issues that require further attention.
  • Customer Feedback and Advocacy:
  • Analyzing feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Advocating for customer needs and interests within the company.
  • Relationship Building and Loyalty:
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Internal Collaboration:
  • Collaborating with other departments to address customer issues and implement improvements.
  • Communicating customer feedback and insights to relevant teams.
