Salary range: $90,000-$100,00 base + variable compensation plan

We're looking for a strategic and relationship-driven
Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) to partner with our top healthcare clients. In this high-impact role, you'll lead efforts to retain and grow key accounts, ensuring our customers achieve measurable outcomes and long-term value through our platform.
As a trusted advisor to clinical, operational, and technology leaders, you'll guide clients toward success-positioning our solutions at the heart of their transformation.
What You'll Do:Own Strategic Account Planning Develop and maintain account strategies aligned with client goals. Map key stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, and forecast health and expansion accounts.
Lead Executive Engagements Facilitate business reviews, success planning sessions, and renewal discussions with senior decision-makers.
Drive Account Growth Uncover and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities that expand our footprint and enhance client value.
Build Trusted Relationships Foster strong, multi-level relationships across departments to become a true strategic partner.
Champion the Voice of the Customer Collaborate with product, sales, and service teams to ensure a seamless and impactful customer experience.
Monitor and Improve Account Health Track usage trends, satisfaction scores, and performance outcomes to deliver proactive, data-driven value.
What We're Looking For: 5+ years in Customer Success or Strategic Account Management, preferably in SaaS or healthcare.
Proven track record managing complex enterprise accounts ($500K-$5M ARR).
Strong executive presence, communication skills, and business acumen.
Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle, clinical workflows, or payer-provider tech (a plus).
Analytical mindset, proactive approach, and a passion for building relationships.

Expansion: Pipeline growth and execution
Strategic Engagement: Account plan adoption and QBR delivery
Customer Satisfaction: Net Promoter Score (NPS)
