Be a key player in ensuring the success of both your store and the customers. - Foster a welcoming, positive environment for customers while identifying their technology and overall needs
- Stay updated on technology products, services, and offerings to provide comprehensive solutions
- Respond promptly and resourcefully to customer inquiries and concerns on the sales floor
- Help ensure the Tech department meets key performance metrics, including sales profitability
- Be adaptable in taking on various responsibilities (e.g., cashiering, merchandising, returns, and other assigned tasks)
Key Qualifications: - Ability to work a flexible schedule in accordance with store needs
- Strong background in customer service
- Proven ability to engage customers and understand their needs
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, occasionally stressful environment
- Conflict management skills in a calm, non-confrontational manner
- Integrity and honesty in handling customer and business information
- Able to lift/move materials weighing between 10 and 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand or walk continuously
- Experience in sales preferred, but not mandatory
