Job Title: FM Print Site LeadJob Summary The FM Site Lead position's primary focus is learning and retaining the processes and procedures of the individual site where they are stationed to provide optimal customer service to the client. Daily tasks focus on Print shop and customer service duties in support of a variety of departments within our client's facilities. This role oversees the entire production process, from design concept to delivery, ensuring quality control and alignment the client's values, brand, and reputation. The Site Lead coordinates a team of staff and student employees, maintains relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders, and ensures operations run efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities - Maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors
- Learn, retain and perform FM Print Site policies and procedures
- Ensure updating of Site Procedure Guide
- Maintain records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed
- Convey appropriate product and services knowledge
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
- Lead and train a team of staff and student employees on production processes, print, and software
Duties - Print Shop / Mailroom duties, i.e. oversee printing, binding, finishing, equipment operator maintenance, wide format printing, bulk mailings, etc.
- Serve as a print production expert, advising clients on print jobs, recommended medias, and best practices
- Ensure quality control at all stages of production, from proofing to delivery
- Build a strong relationship with Marketing and Communication to ensure compliance with marketing and branding guidelines for print
- Provide an inviting environment for the customers by maintaining a neat and clean office space
- Adhere to all company policies procedures and safety standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements - Associate's degree in graphic design or related field
- 3-5 plus years of print, mail, and production experience
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and print related software
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a customer service focus
- Able to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Able to concentrate on task and sustain moderate to extensive attention to detail
- Mobility/dexterity of hands/arms to enable use of computer and other office equipment
- Able to make independent decisions and apply sound judgment in performing job duties
