The
University Advisement Center is looking to hire a
Customer Service Specialist II to staff the front desk operations at our
Atlanta campus.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide information about departmental policies, procedures, and regulations to students, faculty, staff, and the general public who may come to the office.
- Coordinate phone traffic for the office
- Supervise student assistants
- Schedule appointments for staff
- Coordinate the petition process to include data tracking
- Inventory and order office supplies as necessary
- Take minutes at staff meetings
- Coordinate use of office conference rooms
- Coordinate morning and afternoon mail and faxes; send out to designated mailboxes
- Create monthly reports to include monthly traffic to office, petitions, phone, and academic forms
- Assist with any special projects
These positions are integral to these offices running smoothly. It is expected that the successful candidate will open and close the office each day.
The work hours for these positions are 8:30 AM until 5:15 PM.
