Customer Service/Warehouse Liaison (Non-Remote)
Location: Roseburg, OR
Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift (8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M., Monday - Friday)
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
DPI Merchandising, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse Liaison to join our team at our Fulfillment Center in Roseburg, OR. This is a full-time, in-warehouse position that requires consistent virtual communication with the Customer Service team via Microsoft Teams.
Job Overview:
As the Customer Service/Warehouse Liaison (CSWL), you will serve as the primary point of contact between the warehouse staff and the Customer Service team. You will be responsible for managing all customer needs related to shipments, ensuring smooth operations and timely communication between the two teams. Responsibilities:
- Processing all Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) parcels
- Investigating all Return to Sender (RTS) parcels
- Restocking sellable returned goods to the warehouse shelves
- Managing hold back inventory
- Processing reshipments for missing or damaged items
- Participating in weekly CS and warehouse meetings
- Checking, scanning, and filing daily mail
- Handling Customer Service Requests via Gorgias CS System
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have basic computer and typing skills. Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Must be able to lift and move packages of up to 25 pounds
- Must have strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Previous experience in Customer Service preferred
- Experience with SAP helpful
