Schedules: 1st shift, Monday - Friday
Pay Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on position availability)
General Requirements: - Recent experience in directly serving customers in a retail, call center, or office environment.
- Willing to submit to background and drug screenings.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in positions such as Customer Support Specialist, Customer Service Representative, Call Center Agent, Retail Associate, or similar is a big plus.
- Be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities may include: - Respond to customer questions about products, services, or company policies via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Address and resolve complaints, concerns, and product or service-related problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and managing returns or exchanges.
- Collect and document feedback from customers, ensuring that it is shared with appropriate teams for improvement.
- Strive to provide a positive customer experience by being polite, professional, and helpful, maintaining high service standards.
