The Customer Service Technician is crucial in building lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring our products and services reflect the primo quality every day. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing maintenance, repairs, and sanitation on Primo water vending machines to uphold quality and safety standards.
- Quickly and accurately responding to service calls and fulfilling service requirements.
- Managing equipment inventory while loading necessary parts.
- Conducting daily pre-trip inspections and maintaining vehicle cleanliness.
- Collecting cash and coins from designated retail markets and vending locations.
- Acting as a Primo brand ambassador by fostering positive relationships with customers and providing exceptional service.
Qualifications: - Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a proficiency in diagnostic tools.
- Experience using application-based handheld devices.
- Excellent planning, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Able to frequently lift or move up to 50lbs.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods while servicing equipment.
- A valid Driver's License and the ability to meet company driving standards.
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
