Compensation: $23.00 per hour plus a $1000 sign-on bonus

Location: Madison, WI

Shift: Monday - Friday; 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with customers and ensure that our products, equipment, and services reflect our brand values daily.
  • Perform maintenance, sanitation, repairs, and lab sampling on Primo water vending machines while adhering to quality and safety standards.
  • Respond promptly to service calls and ensure service requirements are completed accurately.
  • Manage inventory and load equipment parts efficiently.
  • Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and maintain the cleanliness of your vehicle.
  • Collect all cash and coins from designated retail markets and vending locations.
  • Act as a Primo brand ambassador by fostering relationships with customers and providing exceptional experiences with our products and services.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with diagnostic tools.
  • Ability to effectively use application-based handheld devices.
  • Excellent planning, time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic math skills proficiency.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Prolonged standing ability while servicing equipment.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to meet company driver qualification standards.
  • Flexibility to work weekends as needed by the business.
