Responsibilities:
Providing remote applications support via phone and email.
Answer customer phone calls, assist callers with a variety of issues, including software and hardware troubleshooting.
Accurately document & record technical support calls and events into our customer relationship management system.
Identify and resolve technical inquiries over the phone in a timely manner.
Assist and train customers with new and existing equipment over the telephone.
Assist customers with wiring our products, wire colors and positions.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Order Entry: Placement of orders and exchanges.
Some travel may be required for installation and training.
Requirements:
Thorough knowledge of Windows PC environments and associated components.
Working knowledge of LAN
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft operating systems. Advanced knowledge of computer hardware including network setups.
Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Positive Attitude, Analytical Skills, and Critical Thinking.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client representative.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
