Job Summary

As a Customer Service Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent service to customers, handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and assisting with stocking and kitchen duties as needed.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain a focus on safety for customers, team members, and products
  • Process customer orders and handle payments accurately
  • Monitor gas pump activity to prevent drive-offs and ensure safety
  • Keep shelves and store area tidy and organized
  • Assist with stocking and inform management of any out-of-stock items
  • Keep the store clean and in compliance with sanitation regulations
  • Adhere to all state and local laws regarding sales and handle coupons properly
  • Assist with maintaining security in the store
  • Support kitchen operations as required
