In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Helping customers in-store and over the phone by assessing needs and recommending products.
- Building strong trust relationships with customers.
- Processing sales transactions accurately in compliance with company policies.
- Meeting sales goals consistently.
- Maintaining accurate work order files and formulas.
- Pulling the right products from shelves or warehouse.
- Tinting and mixing products as per customer specifications.
- Stocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Cleaning store equipment.
- Loading/unloading delivery trucks and assisting with deliveries.
- Keeping assigned areas in stock and visually appealing.
- Remaining knowledgeable of the products offered.
- Complying with inventory control procedures.
- Suggesting methods to improve sales.
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- Legally authorized to work in the country without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- If internal, must have a satisfactory performance rating on the last appraisal.
- If internal, must have completed all required HR eLearning courses.
Preferred Qualifications: - Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- High School diploma or GED.
- One year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
- Experience selling paint and related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish.
