The Customer Service Team Member will focus primarily on lead acquisition and customer retention for our exclusive telecommunications client.
Customer Service Team Member Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment and cohesive execution of our client's overall marketing and development goals
- Conduct competition analysis to maintain a cutting edge and assure our client's are providing the best options for their potential new customers
- Assist with daily sales duties and report final numbers to the senior marketing management staff
- Develop and manage comprehensive marketing and/or sales approach to potential new clients
- Present recommendations to the marketing and sales team to improve overall efficiency and developing a better consumer experience
- Coordinate with the marketing & sales departments on the creation and execution of marketing campaigns
