Position Overview The Customer Service Team Lead manages the store's operations in the absence of senior management, ensuring that customers receive outstanding service and that the store runs smoothly. You'll work alongside the management team to enhance customer satisfaction, optimize sales, and meet goals while promoting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously while encouraging customer feedback.
- Collaborate with management to analyze and improve store performance in sales, expenses, and employee engagement.

- Adhere to safety, security, and operational policies, including managing cash processes.
- Conduct cash and inventory operations, ensuring accuracy for optimal sales performance.
