Are you a natural leader with a knack for coordination, meeting deadlines and a passion for delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a Weekend Customer Service Team Lead to oversee our dispatchers, customer service representatives, and booking jobs during our weekend operations.
This is a four 10 schedule, Thursday - Sunday 11am - 9pm
About the Role:
As the Weekend Team Lead, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth, efficient, and customer-focused operations during weekend hours. You will supervise a small team of dispatchers and customer service reps, manage the workflow of scheduled jobs, and ensure real-time issue resolution. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring clear communication, quick thinking, and a proactive mindset. You will also be required to book jobs and provide status updates to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the weekend dispatch and customer service team
- Monitor job assignments and scheduling to ensure timely execution
- Serve as the main point of contact for escalations and urgent issues
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members
- Coordinate with weekday management for seamless weekend handoffs
- Maintain accurate records of job completion, team performance, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure all communications meet company standards for tone and professionalism
Requirements:
- Prior experience in dispatch, customer service, or operations coordination
- Leadership experience preferred (Team Lead, Supervisor, or similar role)
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems efficiently
- Tech-savvy with comfort using dispatch, CRM, or scheduling software
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays with reliability
Nice to Have:
- Experience in logistics, field services, or a fast-paced call center
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, not mandatory
