Call Center Responsibilities:- Assisting individuals and families with information and questions about DHS Programs.
- Providing accurate and consistent information.
- Providing quality customer service and support.
- Customer-focused team player with a passion for helping people.
- Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
- Detail-oriented, fast learner with excellent communication skills.
- Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
- Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) strongly preferred.
