Automated Health Systems is a premier healthcare focused customer service call center vendor expanding in the Maryland-area.

This is a remote position. All equipment is provided, hard wired internet required.

Call Center Responsibilities:
  • Assisting individuals and families with information and questions about DHS Programs.
  • Providing accurate and consistent information.
  • Providing quality customer service and support.
  • Customer-focused team player with a passion for helping people.
  • Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
  • Detail-oriented, fast learner with excellent communication skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
  • Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) strongly preferred.
