Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle calls, process orders, manage databases, issue credits, and expedite orders.
  • Identify customer needs and ensure satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Serve as the main contact for customers and sales reps, building strong relationships.
  • Address complaints, provide solutions, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Administer pricing, collaborate with procurement and engineering, and manage supply chain requirements.
  • Keep records of interactions, quotes, and customer accounts in CRM systems.
  • Proactively engage with customers and manage specific account activities.
  • Complete other tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of customer support and order management experience (steel industry preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
