This position is vital to the success of our retail stores. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, provide answers to their inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and offer tailored solutions. Your role will also involve resolving customer concerns promptly and ensuring maximum client satisfaction, along with maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product features and high visual standards in the store.
Our goal is to deliver exceptional customer service while consistently achieving the store's sales targets.
In this role, you will have contact with customers, including minors, and will access cash and various payment methods, electronic equipment, merchandise, and other valuable items, which may be supervised or unsupervised. Given the responsibilities associated with these tasks, a criminal history review is necessary to safeguard the company's operations and reputation, as well as the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.

Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must be able to retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles.
- Experience selling paint and paint-related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
