We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Wilmington, OH. In this role, you will cover several areas of our clients' business including Document Management, Release Services, and Title Group Services.

Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Pay rate: $18/hr.

Customer Service Specialist essential tasks:
  • Respond to emails, faxes, service tickets, and engage with customers to provide assistance.
  • Use proprietary software for research, data entry, and account follow-up activities.
  • Process applications and requests related to vehicle titles, including duplicates, payments, and changes.
  • Handle incoming title maintenance requests and identify collateral documents.
  • Operate mail equipment and execute escalated or expedited transactions.
  • Follow instructions, maintain workflow standards, and meet production and quality goals.
  • Adhere to all company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: 1-2 years of customer service experience. Must have knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Excel.
