Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Wichita, KS. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include addressing customer issues via phone and chat, and drug testing collection services.
