This critical role is vital for the success of our retail operations. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will engage directly with wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, answer questions about our products, and provide tailored recommendations. Your ability to resolve customer concerns promptly will be key to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also maintain knowledge of product features and uphold the visual and quality standards of our products and store.

This position is based at Store , located at: 4833 Okeechobee Blvd Ste 104, West Palm Beach, FL 33417.
As a Customer Service Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Assisting customers in person and via phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products and services
- Building trust-based relationships with clients
- Processing sales transactions accurately in line with company policies
- Aiming to achieve sales goals every month, quarter, and year
- Maintaining accurate work order files and product formulas
- Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed
- Mixing and tinting products according to customer specifications
- Restocking shelves and preparing store displays
- Cleaning store equipment and maintaining a tidy work environment
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks
- Delivering products when necessary
- Keeping assigned areas in-stock and visually appealing
- Staying informed about product lines and options available
- Following inventory control procedures
- Offering suggestions for improving sales
Minimum Qualifications: - At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work without requiring sponsorship
- Valid and unrestricted Driver's License
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 70 lbs on occasion, with or without accommodation
- Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without accommodation
- If currently employed with Sherwin-Williams, must have a performance rating of at least meets expectations
- Completion of all required HR Cloud eLearning courses for your position if currently employed with Sherwin-Williams
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED
- One year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role
- Experience selling paint and related products
- Experience with tinting and mixing equipment
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages
- Proficiency in Spanish
