Located at Store , th Ave. E, West Fargo, ND 58078, this is a full-time position where you will impact our store's performance by meeting sales goals while maintaining the high-quality standards of our products and visual merchandising.
Your role will include interacting with customers, managing sales transactions, and maintaining an organized store environment. You will also have access to cash, electronic payment methods, and personal customer information, thus, a review of criminal history is part of our hiring process to prioritize safety and security within our operations.

Key Responsibilities: - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Assist customers in-store and over the phone, identifying their needs and presenting appropriate products.
- Build trustful relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
- Accurately process sales transactions and adhere to company policies.
- Achieve sales goals regularly.
- Maintain organized files and accurate work orders.
- Manage stock levels, including pulling products from shelves or the warehouse.
- Tint and mix products as required.
- Set up displays and restock shelves.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of store equipment.
- Support loading/unloading delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as necessary.
- Keep your area neat and stocked.
- Stay informed about product features and options.
- Adhere to inventory control procedures.
- Provide suggestions to improve sales.
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- Authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
- Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Internal applicants must meet performance expectations and complete required training.
Preferred Qualifications: - Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- High School diploma or GED is preferred.
- At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
- Previous experience selling paint and related products is a plus.
- Experience with tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is advantageous.
